Good morning all! I woke up 40 minutes before my actual alarm as my internal (hunger cue) alarmed me to rise and nourish myself. I was up late studying for my psychology exam that is in about 3 hours so I’m assuming that is why I am so hungry this lovely morning. A nutrient dense meal it is then {coconut flakes, banana, frozen blueberries, flax, chia, and buckwheat oats made with unsweetened almond milk} The days that seem a tad “off” always lead me to appreciate just how phenomenal the human body and mind are.
